What file formats do you accept for drawings?
We accept DWG, PDF, DXF, and JPG formats. For 3D models, STEP and IGS formats are preferred. Our engineering team can also work with BIM models (Revit, Tekla) for complex projects.

What is your typical lead time?
Standard lead times range from 4-8 weeks depending on project complexity and current workload. Urgent orders may be accommodated with expedited fees. For large-scale projects, we recommend contacting us at least 3 months in advance.

Do you provide installation services?
While we focus on manufacturing, we maintain a network of certified installation partners worldwide and can recommend suitable contractors for your project. We also provide detailed installation manuals and can arrange on-site technical support if needed.

What materials do you typically use?
We primarily use high-strength steel grades (Q345B, Q235B) conforming to GB/T 1591 standards. For corrosive environments, we offer galvanized or weathering steel options. All materials come with mill certificates and can be customized to meet specific project requirements.

Yes, our engineering team specializes in custom solutions. We can work from your designs or develop complete solutions based on your specifications. Custom projects typically require a design review phase before production begins.

What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment. For established customers, alternative arrangements can be negotiated. We accept T/T, L/C and other secure payment methods.

How do you handle shipping and logistics?
We have extensive experience in international shipping and can arrange door-to-door delivery or port-to-port shipments. All structures are packed for overseas transport with proper protection. We provide complete shipping documents and can assist with customs clearance procedures.

What warranty do you provide?
We offer a 10-year structural warranty on all our towers. Galvanized components carry a 20-year corrosion warranty. Warranties cover material and workmanship defects under normal use conditions.
